Reservation fee
When a city home audition period opens, confirmed appointments require a reservation fee. This helps cover interstate travel, equipment transport and insurance. If you purchase an eligible MSB product within the agreed period, the reservation fee will be credited toward your order.

Is MSN Audio a traditional hi-fi store?
No. MSN Audio is an appointment-only audio experience and consultation service. We do not operate as a walk-in retail store or public discount website. Our focus is private MSB auditions, system-led consultation and home validation. We are a MSB authorised dealer in Australia.
Can I buy MSB products directly online?
Brand New MSB products are not offered through online checkout, only Demo & Trade In are available to purchase. At this level, model selection and configuration should be discussed privately. Australian retail pricing is listed for standard set up.
What if I am also considering dCS or another reference DAC?
