Do I need to pay to join the interstate list?
No. Joining the interstate list is free. The A$950 reservation fee only applies if a city audition period opens and you choose to secure a confirmed private home audition appointment.
What does the A$950 reservation fee cover?
The reservation fee helps cover interstate travel, equipment handling and insurance. If you purchase an eligible MSB product within the agreed period, the fee can be credited toward your order.
Can I wait for a free listening event instead?
Yes. If you prefer not to book a private home audition, you can stay on the list and be notified about future free listening events or small group opportunities when available.
Do I need to already own a very expensive system?
No fixed system level is required to register. However, home auditions are most useful when the client already has an established audio system and wants to understand how MSB may perform in that familiar environment.
Will MSN Audio bring a full system?
No. Interstate home auditions are designed around your existing system. MSN Audio brings the relevant MSB equipment for evaluation, not a full loudspeaker and amplifier system.
